General Manager of PFM Consult is Tsvetomir Tsonev, who has over 10 years of experience in property and facility management, as well as real estate transactions.
In January 2015.,Tsvetomir founded PFM Consult Ltd with a vision to provide the company’s customers professional services for the best management of their property.
Before PFM Consult Ltd, Tsvetomir managed the Property and Facility Management directorate in the National Palace of Culture, held managerial positions with Serdika Properties Consult, Alfa Developments and Address Real Estate.
Tsvetomir holds a Master’s Degree in "Philosophy" from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski "and a Master’s Degree in" Business Administration "from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. He has numerous additional qualifications and certificates.
