Description

 

Situated at the foot of Ljulin Mountain, Bankya is a small town, 17 km west of Sofia on the international highway Belgrade-Sofia-Kulata.
Bankya is well known as a rehabilitation balneologist center with natural spring water – a popular destination for recreational and/or wellness spa procedures. For a long time now Bankya has been looked upon as one of the most elite satellite towns of Sofia with many old and new high-end housing estates.

 

The plot is situated close to the Bankya downtown and has the necessary infrastructure to accommodate a complex of luxury houses. There is easy access to the main transport artery of Sofia City through connection to the ring road (around 8 km) and the international road E80 (around 10 km). The property is located 800 meters from the bus stop and the future metro station.
